Annual Assessment of LTSPFBA Implementation

The LTSPFBA Implementation Team is excited to share this LTSPFBA First Annual Assessment for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 (October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2024). We urge you to read this assessment carefully to obtain a clear view of the background that produced the audacious Long-Term Strategic Plan (LTSP) Panel, which labored 19 months to produce the audacious LTSPFBA volume. But please read further to fully comprehend how the LTSP Panel transformed itself and expanded into an LTSPFBA implementation effort. And please do not discontinue reading until there is no doubt in your mind what the LTSPFBA Implementation Team’s tasks were during FY 2024 and how the Team fared in completing those tasks. Most importantly, please ensure that it is transparent in your mind that the results of the FY 2024 implementation effort may appear meager, but this is likely a very favorable sign.
Knowing what we know about the foregoing and about the traditional trajectory of grassroots movements, be clear that a seemingly slow takeoff is expected and often signals the formation of a solid foundation for what will develop much more rapidly later.
Please review this assessment as you anticipate the future. And if you desire to guarantee yourself and your decendants a favorable future that produces persistently high-level wellbeing for all, then look no further than our CONTACT page. Please contact us and commit what you can in time and effort to fulfill the history that is already written in advance in the LTSPFBA volume. You have the power! You must do your part if you want to be worthy of receiving your part of what is produced by the LTSPFBA that we all must work to fulfill.
Becoming “Responsible Party” Implementers of the LTSPFBA
“Responsible Parties” possess expertise in one of the LTSPFBA’s nine sectors, agree to become intimately familiar with that LTSPFBA sector, agree to engage with other experts in that sector to modify the existing plan to accommodate circumstances in their local “area of influence,” and to implement the LTSPFBA as modified to achieve plan goals, subgoals, and objectives.
If you want to become a member of the LTSPFBA implementation team, then please contact and inform us accordingly.

About Our Logo
“Restoring the Afrikan Mind”
Successful LTSPFBA implementation will motivate a critical mass of our People to develop an uncompromising spiritual embrace of our Afrikaness and the restoration of our “Afrikan Minds” that will enable us to: Appreciate and love our Afrikan phenotype; evolve a hunger and thirst for knowledge about our Afrikan past and present and anticipate the materialization of a new and unrivaled era of Black excellence; identify, adopt, and complete tasks from the LTSPSFBA that contribute to the uplift of Blackfolk; and recognize a truth that togetherness (UMOJA) is our only way forward for healing, preserving our Earth home, and ensuring our favorable and long-term future.
